Job Salary:

  • Basic salary ranging from £23,000 to £26,000 DOE, with the potential to earn over £50k with commission (uncapped).

Contract Type:

  • Full-time contract (37 hours per week), Monday to Friday.

Location:

  • Our headquarters are situated just outside of Leeds City Centre.

Reporting Structure:

  • You will report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities: As a Business Development Executive, your daily responsibilities include:

  • Target Market Identification: Collaborating with the Head of Sales and Marketing on a prospecting plan and executing it.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conducting outreach to specific defined target markets via all methods of communication, including telephone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Activity Logging: Regularly logging sales activities.
  • Forecasting: Accurately forecasting the sales pipeline.
  • Conference Attendance: Where required, attending exhibitions and conferences.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Effective Communicator: As a client-facing role, effective communication is crucial.
  • Resilient: As a client-facing salesperson, you must be resilient and willing to handle pressure situations.
