Ross Evans – Designing Innovative Training Solutions With over two decades of experience in training and development, Ross Evans is a valuable addition to our team. His role here at Data Protection People is to design and implement new and innovative training solutions, equipping individuals with the necessary skills to become impactful data protection practitioners. We are known for our bespoke training packages, but with our client base growing rapidly, the demand for data protection training has surged. Ross’s expertise allows us to meet this demand by creating a solution that brings brilliant learning and development opportunities to our community at a lower cost, with the added benefit of accessing our resources at any time. Tristan Mills – Leading the Data Protection Support Desk As our support desk has become increasingly busy over the last year, we are delighted to welcome Tristan Mills as our new Data Protection Support Desk Manager. Tristan has over six years of experience in data protection and possesses a true passion for privacy. With his expertise, Tristan is set to lead our support desk into the future, ensuring we provide the best possible service to our audience. Whether clients have questions about data protection regulations, need guidance on implementing privacy policies, or seek assistance with data breaches, Tristan and his team will be there to provide expert support and solutions. Babita Madhas – Expertise in Individual Rights Requests Handling individual rights requests, especially Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), requires a meticulous and detail-focused approach. That’s why we are thrilled to have Babita Madhas on board, bringing over three years of experience in Data Protection, specialising in DSARs. Babita has taken charge of our subject access request support service, which provides comprehensive support to our clients throughout the DSAR process, from discovery to redaction. Leading a brilliant team of detail-focused redactors, Babita ensures that our clients’ sensitive information is handled with utmost care and confidentiality. Buky’s qualifications as a Barrister, solicitor, and Data Protection Consultant, along with her advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in law, a Master in Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Arts (MA) in human resources, exemplify her commitment to excellence. Buky’s attention to detail and hardworking nature make her an invaluable asset. Moreover, her ability to create simple user journeys for our customers ensures a seamless experience when engaging with our data protection services.
