Trainee Data Protection Support Desk Consultant
Graduate Opportunity – Leeds (Hybrid)

Job Salary:
- Competitive salary ranging from £20,000 to £25,000

Contract Type:
- Full-time contract (37 hours per week), Monday to Friday.

- Our headquarters are situated just outside of Leeds City Centre.
Reporting Structure:
- You will report to your Support Desk Manager, Laura Brentnall. Tristan has over six years of experience in data protection and possesses a true passion for privacy. With his expertise, Tristan is set to lead our support desk into the future, ensuring we provide the best possible service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
The support desk is dynamic, offering diverse challenges daily. Your responsibilities include:
- Handling Support Tickets: Logging and reviewing support tickets from various channels, undertaking research, preparing responses, and more.
- Project Work: Involvement in projects, requiring Data Protection experience, preferably with a legal background.
- Support Desk Admin: Assisting in administrative tasks, maintaining resources, and supporting team operations.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Detail Focused: A sharp eye for detail is essential.
- Good Communicator: As a client-facing role, effective communication is crucial.
- Team Player: Collaboration within our five-member support desk team is vital to provide top-level service.
- Qualifications: We are looking for Law Graduates who have a keen interest
