As you can imagine, Data Privacy Day is one of our favourite days of the year, back in January 2021 we hosted the world’s longest Data Protection podcast which stopped at just over 8 hours. Since that day our platform and audience have been growing exponentially and we now have the #1 Data Protection podcast on Spotify with almost 60 hours’ worth of content!

We don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon and still have a huge list of events lined up for the first half of this year, from sector-specific discussions to physical events where you can meet our amazing consultants in the flesh. 2022 is set to be a very exciting year for Data Protection People.

During this week’s episode, we not only celebrate the 15th Anniversary of Data Privacy Day but we also share our top tips on how to raise awareness for Data Protection in your organisation. Data Privacy Day is the perfect opportunity to push out information about Data Protection.

In recent years we have had to come up with solutions that help raise awareness remotely, fun videos, posters and activities can be a great place to start. For this year’s celebration our Founder and Managing Director, Phil Brining, hosted Data Protection Peoples’s first-ever Mastermind . We had a great time putting it together and it was great to test our employees and see how well they really knew Data Protection.
