Experience
Jordan Joseph-Kerrigan began his career developing expertise in cold sales, successfully securing commitments from high-net-worth individuals for property investments. This early experience gave him a strong foundation in relationship-building, negotiation, and the ability to influence clients to make significant financial decisions. Building on these skills, he transitioned into recruitment, specialising in placing doctors within NHS trusts. His success in this highly demanding sector led to a new challenge: establishing an entirely new branch focused on the non-clinical healthcare sector, where he drove growth, implemented processes, and expanded market presence from the ground up.
Jordan’s performance and drive were recognised by one of the world’s largest and most successful recruitment firms, Michael Page, where he joined the marketing agency practice. There, he gained first-hand insight into contributing to a global organisation generating over £1 billion in annual profit. Following this, he continued his career at Reed, supporting and mentoring junior consultants while developing expertise in new business development, account management, and leadership potential.
After nearly four years in recruitment, Jordan sought greater autonomy over his success and moved into the managed service provider (MSP) sector in an account management role. Although brief, this period provided valuable exposure to SME operations, business strategy, and client relationship management in a £15 million turnover environment.
Today, at Data Protection People, Jordan leads a team of five, driving an invigorated sales culture while refining sales operations processes. He is one of four nominated managers working closely with the senior leadership team to take on greater responsibility for core business functions. Combining lessons from property investment, recruitment, and MSP account management, he continues to optimise sales operations, CRM processes, and consistently delivering on a new business target, creating measurable commercial impact and shaping the strategic direction of the organisation.
"As Epictetus said, 'It's not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.' In sales, rejection is inevitable, but success comes from resilience and how you respond to every challenge. Every 'no' is an opportunity to learn, adapt, and improve, not a reflection of your worth or ability."
