 Join Our Team as a Data Protection Support Consultant

We are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for two individuals to join our growing team as Data Protection Support Consultants based in Leeds. While a degree in law is desirable, it is not a requirement for the role. We are seeking individuals who possess excellent organisational skills, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Data Protection Support Consultant , you will be responsible for handling data protection support queries raised by our customers and consultants. You will be part of a supportive team and have the opportunity to work on project work as required.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Protection Support Consultant , your key responsibilities will include:

    • Handling Support Tickets: You will be responsible for efficiently managing and responding to support tickets raised through email, web forms and telephone. This includes reviewing and summarising work required to complete support requests, undertaking research, summarising findings, and providing comprehensive responses to our customers and consultants.
    • Support Desk Admin: You will be responsible for assisting with the administration of our Support Desk. This includes generating usage reports, setting up jobs, updating job/task whiteboards, reviewing resource library, managing content, producing templates when required, booking meetings, controlling diaries, taking messages, and more. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be put to good use, ensuring the smooth running of our Support Desk.
    • Project work and Continued Professional Development: As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on project work as required. We offer exceptional training, support and development opportunities for our employees. Many of our previous Law Graduates have gone on to do brilliant things, and you can expect to progress into a senior role as quick as two years after joining the company.
