The Data Protection Made Easy podcast is saying goodbye David Holmes, a highly valued, long-standing host of the Data Protection Made Easy podcast, David is departing after 2 years of outstanding contribution. He imparted his knowledge and provided valuable insights to the expanding listenership and fervently defended his convictions upon his proverbial soapbox many a time. David will be sorely missed. However, the show must go on. It’s our mission to make data protection accessible and engaging to all. Our new weekly host who is set to join Philip Brining has appeared on our podcast many times and is one of the biggest personalities here at Data Protection People. Jasmine Harrison has worked at Data Protection People for almost 3 years, during her time here Jasmine has seen every kind of complex challenge faced by our wide-reaching client base making her the perfect co-host on the Data Protection Made Easy Podcast.

As we move forward, we are also looking to involve more experts from various organisations across the UK to discuss different topics within the data protection industry, from Subject Access Requests to Data Protection Impact Assessments. If you’re an expert in the field, we want to hear from you! Joining the podcast as a speaker has many benefits. With over 1000 subscribers who are passionate about data protection, regularly having over 100 listeners join us live, and over 10,000 streams on Spotify, the Data Protection Made Easy podcast is a great way to raise your profile and be seen by a large audience of like-minded individuals.

We believe the audience of our podcast has grown to its current level because we don’t have an agenda. We are not looking to sell to our customers, the idea behind our podcast is simply to have experts share their experiences and insights with our growing community to support them with various data protection and cyber security challenges. Our mission is “Data Protection Made Easy”, and that’s what our podcasts are all about – making data protection accessible, engaging and entertaining through simple and informative discussions.

If you’re interested in joining our podcast as a speaker or have a great topic to discuss, we want to hear from you. You don’t need to have a background in data protection or cyber security, as long as you have a passion for the subject and are willing to share your insights and experiences with our audience. We believe that diversity is key, and we want to hear from individuals from all backgrounds, with different perspectives and experiences.

The Data Protection Made Easy podcast is not just about sharing information, it’s also about creating a community. We want to bring together experts from different organisations and industries to discuss the challenges they face and the solutions they’ve found. It’s a great way to network, connect with like-minded individuals, and learn from each other.

If you’re interested in joining our podcast as a speaker, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re always looking for new topics to discuss, and we’d love to hear your ideas. Whether you’re a seasoned data protection professional or just starting out, we welcome your contribution to the podcast.
